Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your animal communication session. Your booking signifies your agreement to these terms.

Nature of Service: Animal communication is an intuitive and interpretive service. I will connect energetically with your animal to receive and relay their thoughts, feelings, and perspectives to the best of my ability. It is important to understand that outcomes can vary, and specific results or behaviors cannot be guaranteed. This service is intended for insight and understanding, not as a replacement for professional advice.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care: Animal communication is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment, professional animal training, or behavioral therapy by certified specialists. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for any health concerns or emergencies your animal may have. For behavioral issues, consider consulting a certified animal behaviorist or trainer in conjunction with, or prior to, an animal communication session.
Payment Policy:
- Upon confirmation of your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total session fee is required immediately to secure your appointment slot.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
- Failure to complete the full payment within this specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your session, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
Pricing and Inclusions: The session fee covers the agreed-upon duration of the animal communication session, and limited to 10 questions only and any specified follow-up (e.g., a brief email summary, if offered). Any additional services or extended time will be subject to additional charges, to be agreed upon in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client Initiated):
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me in writing (e.g., email or WhatsApp message) at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit. If the full amount was paid, the 50% deposit will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur an additional rescheduling fee of [Specify Fee, e.g., ₹500] or result in forfeiture of the session fee at my discretion.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notification (a "no-show"), the entire session fee will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Client Responsibilities: To facilitate a successful session, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest information about your animal, including their name, age, species, and any specific questions or concerns you have.
- Ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment for yourself during the session (especially for remote sessions).
- Be open to receiving messages from your animal, even if they differ from your expectations.
Confidentiality: All information shared during the session by you and your animal will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal details and your animal's messages will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or animal if I deem the request outside my scope of practice, or if the interaction becomes disrespectful or abusive. In such cases, a proportionate refund may be issued, or a full refund if no service has been rendered.
Disclaimer of Liability: You understand and agree that by booking this session, you are seeking an intuitive service. I shall not be held liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on the information provided during an animal communication session. All communication is offered as guidance and insight, and ultimate responsibility for your animal's well-being and your own decisions rests solely with you.
